Miranda’s PT and OT were skeptical of our decision to pursue HBOT for her “global developmental delays” that have stumped specialists from New York to Boston. When we returned home 20 days later, both therapists were converts. Miranda’s physicality and cognition had advanced to such a degree they described her as a “different baby”. The goals they had set for her going forward had been met by the time we returned from North Carolina.
